These Terms govern purchases made on the Gramp Mask online store. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Seller

2. Products

We sell novelty full-face ski masks (balaclavas) with an all-over printed design. Product images are representative; small variations in print position and colour may occur. Our products are novelty and casual-use items and are not personal protective equipment.

3. Prices and offers

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) for Europe and in US dollars (USD) for the United States and Canada. Prices for EU customers include VAT; for other destinations, local taxes and import duties may apply. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you complete your order. Limited offers are valid while indicated on the store. Pack discounts (15% off 2 or more items, 25% off 4 or more items) are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other product discounts unless stated.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely at checkout using the payment methods shown. Your card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by us.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law (3 years from delivery). If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for improper use of the products.

10. Intellectual property

The Gramp Mask brand, character names, texts and images are protected. All rights reserved.

11. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@grampsmask.store and we will try to resolve it. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
