14-day right of withdrawal
You can return any product within 14 days of the day you (or someone you choose) receive it, without giving any reason.
How to return
- Email us at hello@grampsmask.store with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the model form below, but it is not required.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.
Unless the product is defective or not as described, the cost of returning the items is paid by the customer.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof of shipping, whichever comes first. The refund is made using the same payment method you used. If a pack discount was applied and you return only part of the order, the refund reflects the price you actually paid for each item.
Condition of items
For hygiene reasons, please return masks unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.
Defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time with photos. We will cover return costs and send a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your 3-year legal guarantee.
