Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your mask is shipped directly from our production partner, and estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Times may be longer during peak periods (such as Black Friday and the Christmas season).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at hello@grampsmask.store and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
